tower was okay overall, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. The pages loaded kind of slow, and I felt like it took more clicks than it should have to find what I was looking for. What really bugged me was having to go through verification more than once, it got old fast. Not terrible, but definitely could be less frustrating.

I understand that orders can move fast, but it felt like there really wasn’t much of a chance to change my mind. A small cancellation window would make a big difference. Overall, not a terrible experience, just frustrating.

I don’t remember all the details now, but I know customer service did get back to me eventually. It took a couple days, and I’m sure I had to send a follow-up message before they responded. To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, which is what I cared about most. I just wish the replies had been a bit quicker.
